Dedicated to Your Mental Health Journey

Meet Diana

Hello, I'm Diana. I am a qualified person-centred counsellor. My private practice is in Essex, and I currently see clients online from across the UK.

My own journey in life has given me an understanding of mental health and a compassionate heart for those who still struggle with their own lives.

I had a career in education, giving me the opportunity to work with students with neurodivergence. Then, I volunteered and worked on projects to support people with life issues,  homelessness, addictions and domestic abuse.

Currently working in the mental health sector in NHS, I have the opportunity to support people with severe mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders, ADHD, Trauma and PTSD.

I am an integrative Counsellor with a foundation of Person-centred theory and humanistic values.

I truly believe that each of us is the expert on ourselves, only needing the right conditions to grow and flourish.

My hope is to provide you with these conditions in my therapy room. This includes offering a welcoming, non-judgemental space where you can be yourself.
